Facilities

At all of our villages, the facilities and amenities have been designed especially for your enjoyment, so you can spend more time doing the things you love.

Facilities vary between each village, yet all of our villages have a Community Centre which are the hub of village life and the perfect place to meet up with old friends or to make new ones.

Community Centres typically include large screen TVs, a well-equipped library, snooker table, self-catered kitchenette and lounge area.

Within our villages you’ll also find swimming pools, bowling greens, tennis courts and sheltered outdoor entertaining areas with BBQ facilities.

For a complete list of the facilities at each village please visit their individual websites.

Social Activities

Our active Social Committees organise a range of outings for residents to attend.

Residents also enjoy events and social get-togethers such as BBQs and special occasion celebrations.

There are plenty of activities and social groups for residents to join or participate in.

From Bingo and Tai Chi to table tennis and craft groups – there is something for everyone.

Security

At Hampshire Villages we understand how important it is to feel safe and secure in your living environment.

Our staff are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week in the event of an emergency.

Additionally, boom gate access provides a strong deterrent to outside intruders, offering residents peace of mind.

Pet friendly

We recognise the important role that pets play in the lives of many people.

Residents are allowed pets provided that prior consent has been obtained from the Village Manager. Management consent is entirely discretionary and will take into regard the type, size, potential noise and risk associated with the pet.

* NB: Some pets are not permitted at Banksia Grove Village or Riverside Gardens Estate.
